Return Policy
ADI does except returns. Please read below for a detailed explanation of how we handle returns.

  • 10 days to report any defective items
  • 60 days to return non-defective items at customers expense
  • NO CALL TAGS will be issued
  • All items being returned must be unopened and not used or we can not accept the item back
  • Customer must call for a Return Authorization Number (RA #) to return any items back to ADI
  • Customer is also subject to a 10% re-stocking fee of total credit
